This gorgeous image is called Making Waves and is a slightly older image in Mo Manning's store so it's currently on sale (at the time of my post going live). I've used the beautiful patterned paper that comes with the image for the background. I then added some decorative die cuts as borders and sparkle to her scales and jewellery to complete my layout. A simple yet elegant design which let's the image be the hero.
