Isn't this little fairy just adorable??? She's Mo's most recent entry into the fairy realm and I had her printed off about 1/2 hour after I first saw her - LOL. You can find her over at Mo's store HERE if you love her as much as I do. I love her thoughtful expression - she could be dreaming over her fairy love or missing a friend!
But I then faced a bit of a challenge - I've never coloured using ethnic skin tones before!!! So I hit good ol' google up for some links - and found several different versions - and none of them used copic colour blends I had, so I was on my own! I ended up using E37, E35, E33 and E31. As she's a mythical creature (shhh I don't really want to believe this - LOL) I used some artistic licence for her hair - she does need to be a little camouflaged in the garden! Her wings are all sparkly after being drenched in dazzling diamonds.
The DP I've used is from Basic Grey's Porcelain paper pad - I LOVE this pad! The sentiment is from SU. I've used this week's fabulous Our Creative Corner Sketch.Now here's a little tip for you - if you pop over and join Mo's Facebook site HERE you'll see lots of amazing creations, hear all the gos from Mo and every now and then there may be a 12hr sneaky freebie like this one was!
