Today we have the wonderful Lil Victorian Steampunk Lylah. I've paired her with some fabulous Bo Bunny DP and gone for a sepia tone effect - with a touch of tickled pink - LOL. If you like my main flower you can check out my tutorial on the TPS blog HERE - this is the flower I made in that tute! The corners are a Cuttlebug die and the tag is a Magnolia die.
