Magnolia Down Under Challenge #81


Our challenge at Magnolia Down Under this week is using a technique I just LOVE - Embossing! You can use either dry embossing or heat embossing - or a mixture of both.

To me embossing is all about adding texture - and so I wanted the texture to be the star of the show. To this end I went with a white on white theme to showcase the different textures. I have used 3 different embossing folders for added interest. I decided against embossing the Magnolia Doohickey die fence as it's flat finish adds another dimension. I added a little glass pebble with a frog prince inside as a touch of whimsy.

    Wow, wow, oh WOW Debbie...you have done it again!!! This is MAGICAL. It screams texture in the nicest possible way. Even the texture of the ribbon says it's bit (ok now I sound like a creepy card whisperer....LOL). It's a beautiful and delicate card.
